One of my favorite books by a female author has to be Frankenstein by Mary Shelley. This gothic novel kept me interested throughout the whole story. Victor Frankenstein delves into the fields. Of alchemy and natural sciences to uncover the biggest secret of nature – creation. This novel highlights his trials faced after creating it painting a narrative that nature may just be left alone. Though Frankenstein lives in constant tumult after the birth of his creation, an intriguing story is made out of it. I would recommend this book to anyone that is looking for some suspense and is interested in where classic “monsters” such as Frankenstein came from.
